We use Matomo analytics to evaluate user behavior locally on our server. Matomo anonymizes each requesting IP address in the log file before it is stored. The technologies we use for automatic data collection include:

However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Site. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Site. We use:
    • Authentication Cookie (idToken): An essential cookie that identifies you as an authorized user during your session.
    • Routing Cookie (Route): A technical cookie used by SAP Commerce Cloud to maintain session stability.
    • Analytics Cookie (_pk_id): A Matomo cookie used to analyze business user interactions to improve our shop.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

  • To present our Site and its contents to you.
  • To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.

As of 2023, these rights also apply to B2B personnel located in California.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
